Reservations

One night stays are paid at time of reservation. Longer stays require a deposit of 50%. Deposits are refundable up to 30 days prior to date of stay, minus $25 processing fee.

Cancellations - We are a small B&B and cancellations affect us greatly. If you cancel your reservations 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, there will be a $25 penalty. We regret that cancellations or changes within 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable and you will be charged the full amount of your reserved stay unless we are able to re-book. We promise to make every attempt to re-book.
